The Allis Chalmers 5030 is a two-wheel compact utility tractor, manufactured by Japanese company Hinomoto on the factory in Osaka, Japan for Allis Chalmers from 1979 to 1985. This tractor is the same as the Simplicity 9528. The Allis Chalmers 5030 is equipped with two-cylinders liquid-cooled Toyosha S148 diesel engine with 1.5 L, 1,477 cc (90.1 cu-in) of displacement and sliding gear transmission with 12 forward and 3 reverse gears (four forward gears and reverse, with high, low, and creeper ranges).
The Allis Chalmers 5030 utility tractor used a two-cylinder naturally-aspirated liquid-cooled Toyosha S148 diesel engine with 97.0 mm (3.82 in) of the cylinder bore and 100.0 mm (3.94 in) of the piston stroke. Compression ratio rating is 23:1. It produced 28.0 HP (20.9 kW) of maximum horsepower or 26.0 HP (19.4 kW) on PTO-shaft. The engine used Donaldson dry air cleaner.
The tractor is equipped with sliding gear transmission with 12 forward (0.5-20.9 km/h, 0.3-13.0 mph) and 3 reverse (1.0-14.8 km/h, 0.6-9.2 mph) gears. The Allis Chalmers 5030 used mechanical steering, molded asbestos single plate dry clutch, differential mechanical drum, and shoe brakes, two-pinion spiral-helical differential with 3.9:1 of ratio and gear type hydraulic pump from Kayaba.
