Simplicity Citation 21/48The Simplicity Citation 21/48 is a 2WD zero-turn mower from the Citation series. This tractor was manufactured by Simplicity (a part of Briggs & Stratton) from 2006 to 2009. The Simplicity Citation 21/48 is equipped with a 0.6 L (38.3 cu·in) two-cylinder gasoline engine and a hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears.

The Simplicity Citation 21/48 zero-turn mower used the Briggs & Stratton Vanguard engine.
