The Hinomoto E23 is a two-wheel compact utility tractor, manufactured by Japanese company Hinomoto from 1977 to 1979. The Hinomoto E23 is the same tractor as the Allis-Chalmers 5020, Simplicity 9523 and Massey-Ferguson 210. This utility tractor is equipped with two-cylinders liquid-cooled Toyosha P126 diesel engine with 1.3 L, 1,263 cc (77.1 cu-in) of displacement and gear transmission with 12 forward and 3 reverse gears.
The E23 tractor used a two-cylinder naturally-aspirated liquid-cooled Toyosha P126 diesel engine with 92.0 mm (3.62 in) of the cylinder bore and 95.0 mm (3.74 in) of the piston stroke. Compression ratio rating is 23:1. This motor produced 25.0 hp (18.6 kW) of maximum horsepower and 23.0 hp (17.1 kW) on PTO-shaft.
The Hinomoto E23 used mechanical steering, molded asbestos single plate dry clutch, differential mechanical drum, and shoe brakes and open operator station.
