The Allis Chalmers 5020 is a two-wheel or optional four-wheel compact utility tractor, manufactured by Japanese company Hinomoto on factory in Osaka, Japan for Allis Chalmers between 1977 and 1985. The Allis-Chalmers 5020 is the same tractor as the Simplicity 9523, Hinomoto E23 and Massey-Ferguson 210. The Allis Chalmers 5020 is equipped with two-cylinders liquid-cooled Toyosha S126 diesel engine with 1.3 L, 1,263 cc (77.1 cu-in) of displacement and sliding gear transmission with 8 forward and 2 reverse gears.
The Allis Chalmers 5020 utility tractor used a two-cylinder naturally-aspirated liquid-cooled diesel engine with 92.0 mm (3.62 in) of the cylinder bore and 95.0 mm (3.74 in) of the piston stroke. Compression ratio rating is 23:1. This motor produced 23.0 HP (17.1 kW) of horsepower. Maximum observed PTO horsepower at rated engine speed is 21.0 HP (15.7 kW). The engine used Donaldson dry air cleaner.
The 5020 is equipped with sliding gear transmission with 8 forward (1.3-13.0 km/h, 0.8-8.1 mph) and 2 reverse (2.6-10.3 km/h, 1.6-6.4 mph) gears. The tractor used mechanical steering, molded asbestos single plate dry clutch, differential mechanical drum, and shoe brakes, two-pinion spiral-helical differential with 4.33:1 of ratio and gear type hydraulic pump from Kayaba.
The Allis Chalmers 5020 tractor can use the following attachments:

The Allis Chalmers 5020 used two-post rollover protection structure (ROPS) to operators and ROPS canopy as an option.
