The Kubota L3940 is a 4WD compact utility tractor from the L40 series. This tractor was manufactured by Kubota from 2007 to 2013. The Kubota L3940 is equipped with a 2.0 L four-cylinder diesel engine and one of three transmissions: hydrostatic transmission with infinite (3-range) forward and reverse gears, sync shuttle transmission with 8 forward and 8 reverse gears or glide shift transmission with 12 forward and 8 reverse gears.
