The Long 460 is a 2WD (460) or 4WD (460DT) utility tractor manufactured by UTB/Universal for Long in Brasov, Romania from 1977 to 1991. The Long 460 is equipped with a 2.3 L (142.8 cu·in) three-cylinder diesel engine and one of three transmissions: a partially synchronized transmission with 6 forward and 2 reverse gears, a creeper transmission with 9 forward and 3 reverse gears or a transmission with 8 forward and 2 reverse gears.
The Long 460 utility tractor used the Uzina engine.
