The White 2-85 is a 2WD or 4WD row-crop tractor from the Field Boss series. This tractor was manufactured by White from 1976 to 1982. The White 2-85 is equipped with a 5.8 L (354.0 cu·in) six-cylinder diesel engine and one of two transmissions: an unsynchronized transmission with 6 forward and 2 reverse gears or a partial powershift transmission with 18 forward and 6 reverse gears.
The White 2-85 row-crop tractor used the Perkins engine.
