The International Harvester 454 is a 2WD utility tractor manufactured by International Harvester in Doncaster, England from 1970 to 1973.

- International Harvester D-179. It is a 2.9 L, 2,933 cm2, (179.0 cu·in) three-cylinder natural aspirated diesel engine. The cylinder bore is 98.0 mm (3.86 in) and the piston stroke is 129.0 mm (5.08 in).
The IH 454 is equipped with power steering, independent hydraulic wet disc brakes, an open operator station, and 70.0 liters (18.5 US gal.; 15.4 Imp. gal) fuel tank.
