The Ford 6600 is a 2WD or 4WD utility tractor from the 6000 series. This tractor was manufactured by Ford from 1975 to 1981.
The Ford 6600 is equipped with one of three engines: a 4.2 L (256.0 cu·in) four-cylinder diesel engine, a 4.2 L (256.0 cu·in) four-cylinder gasoline engine or a 4.4 L (267.9 cu·in) four-cylinder diesel engine and one of two transmissions: a gear type transmission with 8 forward and 2 reverse gears or a two-speed power shift transmission with 16 forward and 4 reverse gears.

- Ford diesel. It is a 4.2 L, 4,195 cm2, (256.0 cu·in) four-cylinder natural aspirated diesel engine with 112.0 mm (4.41 in) of the cylinder bore and 107.0 mm (4.21 in) of the piston stroke. The compression ratio rating is 16.3:1. This engine produced 76.6 PS (56.3 kW; 75.5 HP) at 2,100 rpm of output power.
- Ford gasoline. It is a 4.2 L, 4,195 cm2, (256.0 cu·in) four-cylinder natural aspirated gasoline engine with 112.0 mm (4.41 in) of the cylinder bore and 107.0 mm (4.21 in) of the piston stroke. The compression ratio rating is 7.75:1.
- Ford diesel. It is a 4.4 L, 4,390 cm2, (267.9 cu·in) four-cylinder natural aspirated diesel engine. The cylinder bore is 112.0 mm (4.41 in) and the piston stroke is 112.0 mm (4.41 in).
The Ford 6600 is equipped with power steering, differential mechanical wet disc brakes, open operator station or cab (optional) and 75.7 liters (20 US gal.; 16.7 Imp. gal) fuel tank.
