John Deere 60The John Deere 60 is a riding lawn mower with small single cylinder Tecumseh VH60 engine (221 cc, 13.5 cu-in) and belt-driven gear transmission with six forward and two reverse gear (The drive belt has two positions for high and low ranges).

The John Deere 60 riding mower used open operator station and mid-mount 34 inches (860 mm) mower deck with a single blade. The JD 60 lawn mower was produced from 1966 to 1969.

This mower used an air-cooled single-cylinder four-stroke gasoline Tecumseh VH60 engine with vertical PTO shaft. The engine has a 66.7 mm (2.62 in) of the cylinder bore and 63.5 mm (2.5 in) of the piston stroke. The Tecumseh VH60 engine produces 6.0 HP (4.5 kW) at 3,600 rpm.
