The Kubota L4701 is a 2WD or 4WD compact utility tractor from the Standard L series. This tractor has been manufactured by the Kubota since 2014. The Kubota L4701 is equipped with a 2.4 L four-cylinder diesel engine and one of two transmissions: synchronized shuttle transmission with dry disc clutch (8 forward and 8 reverse gears) or hydrostatic transmission with infinite (3-range) forward and reverse gears.
The Kubota L4701 compact utility tractor used the Kubota V2403 engine. It is a 2.4 L, 2,434 cm2, (148.5 cu·in) four-cylinder natural aspirated diesel engine with 87.0 mm (3.43 in) of the cylinder bore and 102.4 mm (4.03 in) of the piston stroke.
