The Kubota M6040 is a 2WD or 4WD utility tractor from the M series. This tractor was manufactured by Kubota from 2007 to 2010. The Kubota M6040 is equipped with a 3.3 L four-cylinder diesel engine and one of two transmissions: synchronized shuttle transmission with 8 forward and 8 reverse gears or power shuttle transmission with 8 forward and 8 reverse gears.
The Kubota M6040 utility tractor used the Kubota V3307-DI engine. The Kubota M6040 is equipped with hydrostatic power steering, multiple wet discs brakes, open operator station with two-post ROPS or Cab with air-conditioning (option) and 70.0 liters (18.5 US gal.; 15.4 Imp. gal) fuel tank for ROPS version or 110.0 liters (29.1 US gal, 24.2 Imp. gal) fuel tank for Cab version.
