Cub Cadet 1250The Cub Cadet 1250 is a 2WD garden tractor from the Quietline series. This tractor was manufactured by the Cub Cadet (a part of International Harvester) in Louisville, Kentucky, USA from 1974 to 1980. The Cub Cadet 1250 is equipped with a 0.5 L single-cylinder gasoline engine and hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears.

The Cub Cadet 1250 garden tractor used the Kohler K301AQS engine. It is a 0.5 L, 476 cm2, (29.0 cu·in) single-cylinder natural aspirated gasoline engine with 85.7 mm (3.37 in) of the cylinder bore and 82.6 mm (3.25 in) of the piston stroke. The Kohler K301AQS used the Kohler side-draft carburetor and dry type air cleaner. This engine produced 12.1 PS (8.9 kW; 12.0 HP) at 3,400 rpm of maximum output power.

The Cub Cadet 1250 is equipped with manual steering, dry disc brakes (wet disc after 1977), open operator station and 7.5 liters (2 US gal.; 1.6 Imp. gal) fuel tank.
