The compression ratio rating is 17.0:1. This engine produced 182.5 PS (134.2 kW; 180.0 HP) at 2,100 rpm of output power and 870.6 N·m (88.8 kg·m, 641.6 ft·lb) at 1,600 rpm of peak torque.

The John Deere 7530 Premium is equipped with hydrostatic power steering, differential hydraulic wet disc brakes, ComfordGard cab (standard), and 350.1 liters (92.5 US gal.; 77 Imp. gal) fuel tank.
