The Mahindra 1626 is a 4WD compact utility tractor from the 1600 series. This tractor has been manufactured by the Mahindra since 2018. The Mahindra 1626 is equipped with a 1.3 L three-cylinder diesel engine and one of two transmissions: sync shuttle type transmission with mechanical dry disc clutch or hydrostatic transmission.
The Mahindra 1626 compact utility tractor used the Mitsubishi S3L2 engine. It is a 1.3 L, 1,318 cm2, (80.4 cu·in) three-cylinder natural aspirated diesel engine with 78.0 mm (3.07 in) of the cylinder bore and 92.0 mm (3.62 in) of the piston stroke. This engine produced 26.2 PS (19.3 kW; 26.0 HP) at 2,500 rpm of maximum output power. The compression ratio rating is 22.0:1.
The Mahindra 1626 is equipped with power steering, wet disc brakes, open operator station with two-post ROPS and 27.0 liters (7.1 US gal.; 5.9 Imp. gal) fuel tank.
